Meditation Helps!!

I've been totally remiss in posting on this blog. What hasn't fallen by the wayside are my self-care practices - yoga, meditation, walking, proper rest. Something had to suffer when I took a full-time job and, unfortunately, this has been it. Now that I'm getting used to my schedule, I hope to start posting again.

Meanwhile, this article validates so much of what we already know.
